The E2E Bridge for SAP Solutions is a fully model-driven integration (MDI) suite. Solution Description

The E2E Bridge for SAP® Solutions enables developers to integrate existing software assets rapidly and with unprecedented quality into SAP solutions — and vice versa. All services and interfaces are designed — and executed — as UML models, including testing and debugging.

The foundation for this breakthrough capability is a nextgeneration Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) based on a UML virtual machine. Existing application interfaces, including BAPI/IDoc and various third-party formats, are automatically extracted, re-documented in UML, and wrapped and executed as reusable services.

Thus, existing software assets can be reused as a building block for creating a modern enterprise SOA based on SAP NetWeaver, maximizing the value of previous investments while eliminating migration risk.

E2E’s fully model-driven approach, which avoids any form of conventional programming, enables developers to communicate more easily with business analysts. This improves the quality and timeliness of SOA implementation efforts.
