Serge Gansner, CEO and Co-founder
Serge Gansner has over 20 years of leadership and result based success in
senior IT management positions. He combines superior managerial skills
with profound IT-knowledge and is known for his ability to innovate and
move whole organizations forward whilst gaining competitive advantage.
In addition to providing overall leadership,
Serge manages the global sales and marketing operations.
Prior to founding E2E Serge served as general manager for the
client/server division of SYSTOR AG. Serge served in senior IT
management positions within UBS and was responsible for many
successful IT-projects and initiatives. An outstanding example among
them was the loan and credit processing and risk management system
which was then judged by McKinsey Europe as “the most advanced system
of its time”. Serge Gansner has extensive tertiary education as an IT professional and executive
management from the Swiss Bank Corporation management development program.
Alexander Büch, CTO and Co-founder
Alexander Büch has over 20 years experience in IT-development and
management of large IT-projects. He served as program director for the
successful development and implementation of a new customer platform for
UBS AG. Prior to co-founding E2E Alex served as general manager for the
application engineering and development division of SYSTOR AG. Alex’s
technology vision and subsequent development of the E2E Bridge was
inspired and guided from his practical experience and multiple successful
implementations of major IT projects. Alexander Büch is a highly regarded
technologist and architect within the IT community and serves on the Swiss
I.C.T (Information Communication Technology) as head of the expert
commissions. Alex has extensive tertiary education as an IT professional and executive
management from the Swiss Bank Corporation management development program.
Chris Henn, VP Business Development
Chris Henn has 20 years experience in defining IT products and solutions
and successfully bringing them to market. Chris has broad experience in
product marketing and business development using innovative
technology and products that have contributed to changing core business
processes and workflows in industries such as chemical & pharmaceutical,
biomedical, oil & gas, banking, automotive, aerospace and
telecommunications. Prior to joining E2E Chris held senior management
positions at SGI, Obtree, IXOS and Esmertec. As co-founder of Obtree,
Chris launched the innovative Enterprise Content Management company
that was recognized by Financial Times as one of the fastest growing
software IT ventures in Europe during 2000. Chris has co-authored several patent applications in
visualization, collaboration and component software. At SGI, Chris received the honorary title of
Principal Systems Engineer in recognition of his unique technical leadership. In 1998, one of Chris’
innovations won Computer Graphics World’s prestigious “Innovative Product of the Year” award.
Chris Henn holds a masters degree in molecular biology from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
Marcel Rassinger, VP Engineering
Marcel Rassinger holds an engineering degree from the Technical
University of Vienna. He developed modelling software in different
domains, e.g. physics, civil engineering, software development. After
university he worked in teams which developed one of the first internet
platforms for a big Swiss Bank, a stock information system built on Service
Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles applying Web technologies and a
modelling framework for integration services. In course of these projects
he realised the crucial importance of integration problems in today’s
enterprise IT landscape. For the last six years he worked for E2E
Technologies. There he was responsible with his team to develop the
integration platform E2E Bridge which is based on the idea of merging software modelling ideas
supporting both Model Driven Architecture (MDA) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Sales Regions
Michael Drescher, VP Central Europe
Michael Drescher is Vice President, Central Europe. He
is responsible for E2E business operations including Sales,
OEM and licensing efforts in Germany, Switzerland, Austria
and all Eastern European countries. He brings 20 years
experience in international sales, marketing and business
development in the IT industry. He has a solid track record of
successfully selling business critical IT solutions, both via
direct management of key accounts and via the development of
an effective partner channel. Before joining E2E, Michael
Drescher was Director Field Operations Central European Region
and Member of the Board of Directors for BroadVision, holding
the responsibility for all license business, Professional Services
and Support for multinational corporations, such as Hilti, Holcim,
Mettler-Toledo, United Nations, OMV and Infineon. Previous
senior management roles include: Director European
Sales Operations for Eigner AG; Director World Wide Business
Development, Channel Business & Alliances for CoCreate;
General Manager International, Board Member and Country Manager
Switzerland for ADIVA; Country Manager Switzerland and
Austria for SGI. Michael Drescher studied at the Technical
University of Hamburg and has dregrees in Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering. Apart from Board level appointments at CIMData,
House of Eight and BroadVision SA, he is member of SIMSA, Swiss
Management Association and the Amercian Chamber of Commerce.
John Jakotich, VP Americas
John spent more than 26 years in selling complex high technology
solutions with a proven track record of success in Fortune 1000
companies as demonstrated most recently at Argogroup. During his
time there he served as Director of Sales for the Americas where
he designed and executed a sales strategy which resulted in
several significant new accounts with some of the largest and
fastest growing companies in America. Before Argogroup he served
as the Western Region Director of Sales at Yantra Corporation, a
leading supplier of order management and supply chain fulfillment
solutions. There John gained his software integration experience
through building supply chain solutions that integrated Yantra’s
solutions with custom in-house applications as well as offerings
from SAP, Oracle, Siebel and PeopleSoft. John’s prior positions
have included Global Account Manager for Cisco Systems, Western
Regional Manager for DataChannel, (acquired by Netegrity), and
as a Senior Account Manager at Sequent Computer Systems (acquired by
IBM), Wang Laboratories, as well Unisys Corporation. John completed
his studies earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Marketing from Washington State University.
