Serge Gansner, CEO and Co-founder

Serge Gansner has over 20 years of leadership and result based success in senior IT management positions. He combines superior managerial skills with profound IT-knowledge and is known for his ability to innovate and move whole organizations forward whilst gaining competitive advantage. In addition to providing overall leadership, Serge manages the global sales and marketing operations. Prior to founding E2E Serge served as general manager for the client/server division of SYSTOR AG. Serge served in senior IT management positions within UBS and was responsible for many successful IT-projects and initiatives. An outstanding example among them was the loan and credit processing and risk management system which was then judged by McKinsey Europe as “the most advanced system of its time”. Serge Gansner has extensive tertiary education as an IT professional and executive management from the Swiss Bank Corporation management development program.

Alexander Büch, CTO and Co-founder

Alexander Büch has over 20 years experience in IT-development and management of large IT-projects. He served as program director for the successful development and implementation of a new customer platform for UBS AG. Prior to co-founding E2E Alex served as general manager for the application engineering and development division of SYSTOR AG. Alex’s technology vision and subsequent development of the E2E Bridge was inspired and guided from his practical experience and multiple successful implementations of major IT projects. Alexander Büch is a highly regarded technologist and architect within the IT community and serves on the Swiss I.C.T (Information Communication Technology) as head of the expert commissions. Alex has extensive tertiary education as an IT professional and executive management from the Swiss Bank Corporation management development program.

Dr. Horst Joepen, Board Member

Dr. Joepen is a management and IT consultant who focuses on business development and internationalization strategies. Previous to these activities he founded Webwasher AG. Under his leadership as CEO the company grew from a staff of three to over eighty. Prior to founding Webwasher he managed the Siemens Computer Systems Innovation Unit. Dr. Joepen occupied various internal management positions during his long career at Siemens, including eight years in the area of computer-aided design and development methodologies. Dr. Joepen holds Dipl. Ing. and Ph. D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is well-known through numerous publications, appearances as a speaker, and as a panelist at national and international IT industry events.

Daniel Kusio, Board Member

Daniel Kusio is CEO of BVgroup, a leading Swiss private equity firm. He sits on the boards of several BVgroup portfolio companies, is a member of the Ypsomed Innovation Foundation’s board and is on the jury of the Entrepreneurial Award Espace Mittelland. Furthermore Daniel acts as Ypsomed Holding AG’s head of investor relations. Prior to joining BVgroup, Daniel Kusio was Chief Information Officer (CIO) at a leading industrial firm and previously held the position of country manager in Malaysia for an internationally active telecommunications company. Daniel graduated from the University of Berne, Switzerland, with a Masters in Business Administration and Information Technology.
